Braun MGK 5380 | My Short Review

I rate the Braun MGK5380 at 4 stars out of 5.

What I like:

• Good ratio of price vs value you get. I like the fact that the Braun MGK5380 covers almost all men's grooming needs (the weak points mentioned below). You are able to trim your beard up to 21 mm long, safely trim and shave body hair as well as remove unwanted hair from your nose and ears.
• Body shaving attachment. This one is working well on most body parts, so you are able to pretty efficiently shave your legs, chest, belly or armpits. 

Not bad:

• Built quality. Although almost all elements are made of plastic, my overall feeling about this trimmer is good. 

Possible weak points:

• Foil shaver. In the Braun MGK5380 the foil shaver attachment is very narrow. It barely handles a decent shave of cheeks. I have tried shaving my whole neck with it and spent some 15 minutes after which I gave up with rather poor results. 
• Adjustable length setting attachments. These two combs are not bad, but the way you change your preferred length is not practical in my opinion. I mean to unlock the setting you have to press a tiny button that is built in the attachment and slide it up or down to the setting of your choice. Often I had problems sliding the comb into the position on the first try.
